I know you will find this stupid, but please realize that getting your Firearms Instructor certificates, including many areas such as police instruction, women's shooting, night shooting instructor, combat instructor, etc. DOES NOT allow you to carry a firearm in your State! Although we cannot give legal advice, you need to check your own State on their specific ccw training instructions, if they even allow it. (CCW stands for Carrying a Concealed Weapon).
Your FI certifications also do NOT allow you to teach ccw without meeting all your own State's specific requirements-- these change weekly in all the States, so please check them yourself, or ask your attorney for help. We do NOT recommend that you teach ccw for many reasons:
1. Gun banners are now suing ccw instructors for the actions of their students
2. States change requirements so often that you could lose your entire business if that's what you specialize in
3. Many States require apprenticeships, sponsorships by other ccws in-State and many other requirements
4. Even NRA certs are NOT accepted in ANY State as the sole requirement for teaching ccw in those States that do allow it
Because of this, we recommend you ORDER your certs here based on other categories of instruction like accuracy, police, military, youth safety, women's shooting, night shooting, combat shooting, instinctive shooting, etc., and NOT ccw!
